I purchased a camera that I had to return and I was unable to do so! The option was to exchange it, but I had to pay the difference or pay 50% to re-stock the item. Not customer service driven. If you are planning to make a purchase, make sure you go over the terms and conditions, so your money does not go down the drain!!
