They don’t answer phone. ever. So warranties useless.
This is a great local plumbing, heating and electrical supply shop that I have been going to for decades. Their prices usually beat Home Depot and Lowes. Especially if you are buying a water heater, or a home heater, or electrical parts. The copper and ABS plumbing parts were almost half the cost ! The guys there are very knowledgeable and helpful.
