Rented a uhaul truck. Customer service was on point, very professional.
Worst experience. Lady who answered the phone was short tempered and rude. Like "Look Lady..." when answering a question about why the attendant was at lunch again when he had just returned. Then new guy said restrooms weren't public after previous attendants let us use them. We had traveled hours. Was not plowed and my 4x4 got stuck in low. Had to shovel in front of my storage unit I was trying to rent. Attendant was nice enough to hand a shovel to me, an old lady, but said he's not helping to shovel because "it will melt t... read more

Great place to rent storage space. Well kept and maintained by courteous staff. They offer some of the best prices and options for rental contracts. Ive been renting space here for several years and find it to be the best price for the amount of space.
