I rarely write reviews, but my experience with U-Save Park Storage was so awful that I feel obligated to warn others. From the start, the customer service was unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, I was either ignored or treated rudely. The facility itself is poorly maintained — dirty, unsafe, and clearly neglected.
