Rented a small enclosed truck for a one day move. Got there early. Marinda was super helpful. Got me going right away. Same thing on the return. Not familiar with their storage, but would recommend for truck rental.
Rented a uhaul truck. Customer service was on point, very professional.
Worst experience. Lady who answered the phone was short tempered and rude. Like "Look Lady..." when answering a question about why the attendant was at lunch again when he had just returned. Then new guy said restrooms weren't public after previous attendants let us use them. We had traveled hours. Was not plowed and my 4x4 got stuck in low. Had to shovel in front of my storage unit I was trying to rent. Attendant was nice enough to hand a shovel to me, an old lady, but said he's not helping to shovel because "it will melt t... read more
