Jim is a terrible salesman he lies we have leaks for 2 weeks and nothing.He says ok he hasn't paid the septic man that we got in our contract.He says his boss is handling it he is very difficult to talk to .The owner I talked to is very nice only if he knew what a snake he has working for him
I have had nothing but problems with them. Bought new home in 2018 with complete setup. Electricity was done by some old drunk who installed a used pole he found. Septic was done by person with 2 year contract and he only came out once. He was suppose to come quarterly. I also had to pay a new company to install part where bleach could be added properly. Do not buy what they offer on lot. Not well made at all. Also when I bought mine I paid for new septic and electrical hookup. I was given an very old electric pole that this old electrician got from his friend and had to track him down to finish the job. The plumber was awful had paid for 2 year contract and he never came back out to do inspections. I have a new contract now with a very good septic guy and was just told that my aerobic system doesn't even have a chlorinator in it so I am having to pay $350.00 to have one ins... read more
