Nice lady in the front. Docked at 2pm. Unloading didnt start until after 3pm. Midway through unload, my unloader stops and unloads a FedEx truck and takes about 30 mins before he returned to finish unloading me. Almost 3 hrs here for a 45 min unload. Many forklift drivers, doesn't seem very organized on whosa should be first come, first unloaded.
They're a good company they were very nice and respectful, young girl in the office also, but don't show up till 9:00, but they did open around 8:45
Got here at 1130 am Only had 8 Pallets They took care of every truck there and I still had to go hunt them down Almost lost my other load and everything Completely unacceptable There was no excuse to take 3 hours before starting to unload Very disappointing 😔 8 pallets Unbelievable
Quick in and out check in front office! Not dock!
