this branch is located near lots of business's so it is always busy, Some of the people are older and need more time with the tellers. However the employee's and the security guard are always pleasant. There is an ATM inside and outside on the north side inside the doors as well as 2 at drive thru, so there is no reason not to be able to complete your tasks quickly. I just prefer to work with the real people.
The pretended to close my account back in July, but now I owe a late fee AND interest on an account that should have been closed in JULY!! Three separate employees said they couldnt remove it and that I owe them that money.
*edit* I did have this as 1 star but I am changing it to a 3 because Micheal, the social media manager, had me on the phone the next day to ask what happened. He was very respectful and understanding. I appreciate the time he took to ask me about my experience. I spent an extremely long time getting a bank account open to be told that there isn't a virtual card option so I could pay my bills and had to wait 10 days. I don't have time to wait 10 days. So I had to withdraw all the money I put into it so I can go pay to put mon... read more
