Long ATM lines, drive up window very slow. Almost 30min waiting in line.🤨 very disappointing.
Wow the Manager here is so nice and accommodating to all of my needs. I had an issue and he went out of his way to make sure it was solved and taken care of. I love the people here very nice and kind . Denise was also a great employee there she does all the notaries and new checking accounts.

Worst US Bank I have ever been in. Shady people and rude employees. The company I work for does business with US Bank nationwide and I have never been asked for my account number and ID to get change. Until today. After waiting in line behind a bunch of shady looking people carrying a large sum of money and feeling very unsafe, I was told you couldn’t help me. Thank you for wasting my time this afternoon.
