So this place is a joke.. I got a vehicle and did not receive my new paperwork and also please don't be late with a payment even if u call they will cut off your vehicle. Even if you call let them know I have called and left msgs and no call backs this place is a joke. Stranded away from my house they do not care as long the get a payment.

If I could put 0 for customer service I would when you call to speak to someone your on hold for hours that’s only if they answer. This place starting management first needs retraining.
Won't answer phone rude. And disrespectful want there money every month but do nothing for you shut me off for no. Reason at all cost me alot of money thought something was really bad but it was them so caall misunderstanding not refund or added that extra money. To my account. I want to give. This car bback to them but dont know what to do
