Our Ac unit started leaking water into the closet yesterday. The tech from U. S. Air conditioning arrived so fast, cleared out the backed-up condensation drain line, and fixed everything flawlessly.
We used U. S. Air Conditioning and Heating for a brand new heater installation last week. The entire team was knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and transparent about the pricing from the start. Great experience overall.
The technician was timely and professional. however the charges for the coolant and the time he was here was 2 to 3 times what we are usually accustomed to paying for this kind of service. over $2,000 for 2 hours of time and about 7 pounds of coolant with sealant. if US Air thinks it is more profitable to overcharge a new customer and never get asked back again, rather than charging reasonably and gaining a long-term customer. they have succeeded.
