I had cranial sacral sessions with Julia while navigating some pretty serious burn out. Not only is Julia’s presence very calming but her skill as a CS practitioner is tops. Whatever she did definitely helped to finally shift things for me (and I’d tried a lot up to that point). I’m so grateful. The space is also really neat and curated with all kinds of beautiful things for the body, mind and soul that you could browse through all day. 10/10.
This is a super fun space run by beautiful people. Both sessions I had with Malcolm have rocked my world and totally exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and very generous with his energy. I have gone in both times completely out of sorts, and the persistent problems vanished after each session. I always leave these treatments feeling like I've sat up in a new body thats more anatomically balanced and with much more clarity overall. Highly recommend!
I just had the most incredible acupuncture/bodywork treatment from Michelle Gauthier. From the minute my treatment started I could tell that Michelle has so much passion for her work and holds herself to an incredibly high standard. She listened to me deeply and provided such an amazing treatment. If you're looking for a practitioner who blends expertise with genuine care, Michelle is absolutely the person to see!
