This is a super fun space run by beautiful people. Both sessions I had with Malcolm have rocked my world and totally exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgeable, compassionate and very generous with his energy. I have gone in both times completely out of sorts, and the persistent problems vanished after each session. I always leave these treatments feeling like I've sat up in a new body thats more anatomically balanced and with much more clarity overall. Highly recommend!
I just had the most incredible acupuncture/bodywork treatment from Michelle Gauthier. From the minute my treatment started I could tell that Michelle has so much passion for her work and holds herself to an incredibly high standard. She listened to me deeply and provided such an amazing treatment. If you're looking for a practitioner who blends expertise with genuine care, Michelle is absolutely the person to see!

U Retreat is always a hard place to leave, but today I left on a cloud after my acusculpting treatment with Michelle! She treated so much more than just my facial concerns during the session and left my skin glowing.
Lovely little place! I went in to browse as I was walking in the neighborhood and the attendant (started with a C i think? sorry bad memory!) was very educational and helped me with all my product questions. i got the mushroom hot choco(will update later) and a pair of the soulmates mismatch socks (sooo cute!) I want to go back for more of the Someday products later. They have the cutest reusable strawberry bags too. Lots of Parking and quiet area in hillside/fernwood. I’ll be back!
