I booked 60 mins massage for 2. They did me and my boyfriend for 45 mins and done thing. I came out the reception to ask about that cos it was supposed to be 60 mins instead of 45mins, they told me they count time since we stepped in... I was speechless cos we do massage quite often and no where do it this way. It was not really a nice way to do business. You guys losing clients.
