Very helpful in telling you where to look for the parts cars you need to locate. I was impressed with the vast number of cars and trucks they had.

Buyer (or in this case, seller) beware!!!! This should be a zero star review!!!! I made a verbal agreement (to honest people as good as a handshake) with them to buy my car for $160. When the tow truck driver shows up, he says he's going to have to deduct $75 for a missing catalytic converter. When I initially called they asked if the car was complete....yes it has all four tires, an engine, all of the interior is complete, and it even runs!! Never was there mention of that VERY SPECIFIC PART when I called, nor any mention o... read more

I'd give 5 stars except for the fact that the once-user friendly website has been completely changed and is horrible. Both the mobile app and full site have issues. Please go back to the old site. Otherwise, after many trips over the past few years, the employees have been consistently friendly and helpful. Some of the customers, not so much. But overall, this is a great place and a good time.

Avoid this business. They charge $2 to enter their junkyard, but won't refund the money if the part needed is not available.

I'm here to help you out with some of the problems you may have with pick a part. #1 you pay a 2 dollar entry fee for going into the yard. Come on people its 2bucks lol yeah, you'll be a couple bucks shy of gettin a mocha latte Frappuccino. and let's be real you go out to the yard looking for a headlight and you end up coming out with the door, fender and the headlight for under 250 dollars.#2 I can understand the inventory problems but if it's 76 degrees outside you have nothing else better to do it's a nice day for a walk r... read more

Great concept, stupid implementation. Go to Pull-A-Part, at least they know what they have. I am surprised Pick-A-Part knows they even have cars and trucks in the yard. I've been purchasing parts from junk yards for over 30 years and until now, never been to one that didn't know what was in the yard. They charge you a non-refundable $2.00 fee to look around the yard and the moron's don't know what they have in the yard. Now this is supposed to be a modern clean junk yard. What a waste of time. It is one thing to not be able ... read more
