On you website start adding pics of the cars or better descriptions including color. I want to buy a fender but do not want to pay entrance fee if the color is not right. I want to first see on the beb a pic of the car

What kind of heartless people do you have working here??? My 85 year old mother donated her car and forgot to remove my deceased father's world war 2 Veteran plates so she called immediately and your employee agreed to hold the plate for her to pick up. She doesn't drive any longer so had to wait until someone could pick it up for her. I went in last week and was told they couldn't find them and that they would look for them and call me back the very next day. No one called me back.
