Tina was amazing!!! She is busy but in a good way because she cares about the both tenants and also the landlord. Really fair judgement, good decision making and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend Tina.
Had an appointment with Joy and she never showed up.. She finally answered my call and said she texted me and I did not respond. She had the wrong number and admitted she called and it was not me. The property was in terrible condition. All the walls, trim and doors needed painted. The carpet was shot and very stained not to mention plumbing leaks and holes in the sheetrock. She said would speak the owner about what they would do, and has now ghosted me and won't respond. Be aware!!

During my recent search to lease a property in the Allen or Plano area, I contacted an agent from this company that was listed on the actual property listing in Allen Texas. Text correspondence was exchanged, and I made arrangements to view the property. After viewing the property and requesting to submit an application I was completely blown off.
