Hui, did an awesome job ensuring my clients were taken care of and had a smooth transition into their new home. We even had to change some paperwork around and use new forms and Hui did promptly. Thank you for the great experience!
This is a great management company in and out. They check tenants' background thorough and effectively filter out bad tenants. They treat both the landlord and the tenants very fair and I would highly recommend them!
If I could give zero stars I would. As a tenant these people are horrible to work with! They lie, all they want is money to line their pockets with. They are not professional and do not properly handle issues in a professional manner. I would steer away from renting or using this company as a management company for your property.
