Very poor service repair responses and they send workers who dont speak any English. The company will try and bully tenants into signing documents without providing the written attachments and will overstate the landlord's legal rights in order to make tenant pay for things like lawn care, insurance, etc. Homes are not cleaned before a tenant moves in. Photos used on rental websites are NOT accurate.
