They cut my nails too short. The nail polish turned out a bit gloopy and was not well applied along the cuticle. I won't be returning.
I’ve been coming here since the day it has opened but unfortunately their service has gone down. I don’t feel appreciated and my service provider acts like I’m doing the service for free. It took a lot out of me to come here and give them this rating bc they’re the only nail salon I’ve been going to for years. However my last appt with them was unfortunately one of the worst. I’m sorry but my next visit to you guys I’ll have to think twice
I broke a few nails last night and I live near this nail salon so they were able to help me fix my nails super fast. I have a nail tech but she’s across the city and was booked up all day today so I am stoked that Jessica was able to replicate my intricate designed nails perfectly and on the spot, I didn’t have to wait at all.
