Great place My experience at U Pointe on Speight is great. The apartment complex is clean, safe, and convenient. The service is fantastic, the staff is always helpful and I would especially like to mention one of the employees, I believe his name is Gabe, he was very helpful, charming and asked him for help. and truly goes above and beyond. The place and the staff are awesome and I would highly recommend it. thank you
I would give a zero if I could. This apartment building is so poorly run and they are horrible with repairs that are needed and bookkeeping. They need to fire all their bookkeepers and get new ones. They are awful with money and keeping track of payments. Unfortunately the location is pretty good for Baylor students so this is why students find it convenient to live there.
RecommendedWhat sets U Pointe apart is the care given by Sophia. She made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. She took time to answer questions and help us make the right choices. Witnessing the care that was also given to another parent via phone that could not make it to the tour truly showed us Sophia has the customers best interest at heart! U Pointe’s amenities and the up to date housing options they offer sets this apartment complex as someplace I highly recommend visiting.
Get a better management team.
Parents and students beware! I would give a zero if I could. STUDENTS do not sign anything from U Point! Just had to hire a attorney! Also they are not doing back ground checks on residents but saying they are. Please look elsewhere with honest people. This complex is not on Baylor’s list of housing!
I wish they would provide hot water instead of cold..
Echoing the same issue that Jeremiah brought up. U Pointe has been improperly obtaining Baylor email accounts and spamming inboxes. I never subscribed to their emails. If you can’t trust U Pointe to have proper business ethics, why should they be trusted to in turn treat their actual tenants with respect?
