My family rented one of the affordable housing units. Our apartment was 304B. We began to smell what I believe were meth fumes. These fumes were in our apartment, but didn't seem to originate from our unit. My family had to move out because of these fumes. I have lived here for three years now and love it! The location is perfect for students on main campus, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance team responds incredibly fast as well. Certainly worth looking into for rising sophomores/juniors.
Well I thought it couldn't get any worse, but they have proved me wrong yet again. When we moved my daughter in last August 2024 the apartment she was going to be sharing with a friend and just another person that lived there. We got there moved her all in but decided we needed another apartment as it was disgusting and unclean. By this time she had already got assigned a covered parking close by but since we moved we could not get a closer one so they offered the closest one so we still kept it. I have been residing here since 2019 as a Disabled Navy War Veteran. I have a spacious 2BR 1 1/2 bath and enjoy my apartment. I would recommend this community to all Veterans. I commend Christine ST Laurent for always looking out for my well being and making reasonable accomodations for me as needed. Bravo Zulu for a job well done!!!

the man working in the office is so rude and speaks to the girls at the front desk so rudely. he spoke to my mom like she was old and dumb she is perfectly healthy and has a doctorate the way he spoke down to her and interrupted/ cut off the girls working made me certain I would never live here.

Terrible management, extremely unhelpful. If I could give zero stars I would. Bugs when we first moved in, and had to purchase our own bug spray. Community is not well kept. Was not told about the high extra expense for utilities.
Literally 3 days before I was supposed to move in I received a phone call stating that my move in date was delayed due to break in on the house. I had to pay cancellations fees to movers. Friends and family had requested the day off to help with the move. Second avenue couldn't even provide a move in date so I could plan accordingly.. The onboarding agent Dee Fortune is the absolute worse. She did not return any of my phone calls or response to emails.
