Had a bad experience with U-pak Esquimalt/victoria. Been loyal to them and considerate that when i booked for my locker access and when i came there for some reasons on their fault i wasn’t able to get access and i let it go give them consideration. But when i had an emergency and wasn’t discharged on the day i was supposed to go to my locker even though i had documents to prove that as i tried to reach out & explain to the lady employee on their hotline she didn’t care, they don’t have any consideration.
