Horrible service for my move from Tampa to LA. Wasn’t told when my stuff arrived until I called. I wasn’t given hours of operation so when my apartment was ready they said they were closed all weekend. I had to reschedule my movers 2 times because when I called monday morning to get my cubes they said they need 24 hours notice. I understand every place has its own operating policy but giving better instructions and service would have saved me hundreds of dollars on rescheduling movers and hotel stays. We moved from Portland, OR to Sherman Oaks, CA and everything went smoothly except that two of chairs got damaged probably due to roughness on the road. I would recommend to pack extra carefully and cover all of your furniture with moving paper or buble plastic so it doesn’t get scratched
U-Pack moved my belongings from Boston, MA to Los Angeles, CA. The employees were professional from beginning to end and were always available to answer my calls and questions. Tracking was available on the website. My relocube arrived to local the service center earlier than expected which was a delight. Scheduling pick up and drop off was a simple phone call. Ordered relocube to move my stuff from US to CAN. Customer service is awesome and the whole process has been a breeze. It did take longer for the container to reach destination.
