We moved from Portland, OR to Sherman Oaks, CA and everything went smoothly except that two of chairs got damaged probably due to roughness on the road. I would recommend to pack extra carefully and cover all of your furniture with moving paper or buble plastic so it doesn’t get scratched
U-Pack moved my belongings from Boston, MA to Los Angeles, CA. The employees were professional from beginning to end and were always available to answer my calls and questions. Tracking was available on the website. My relocube arrived to local the service center earlier than expected which was a delight. Scheduling pick up and drop off was a simple phone call. Ordered relocube to move my stuff from US to CAN. Customer service is awesome and the whole process has been a breeze. It did take longer for the container to reach destination.
We recently used U-pack for our cross country move from Florida to California. The customer service was wonderful, and our Relocube arrived in California a day early. By using the terminal-to-terminal delivery option, we were able to save quite a bit of money and not have to deal with driving a U-haul. We will definitely be recommending U-pack in the future!
