The best drivers out there. I tried using another company for less money but it was a mess and they couldnt do it. Upack had no issues and from Arkansas to East Tn they were excellent. I used Upack a few times and always the best.
Used these guys for a military move and at first, everything was great. Easy to pack, they picked it up as agreed. However, when we got our items delivered, our locks were gone and the drivers said something about cutting off U Pack locks even though we were told our locks would be fine. We'll, delivery made it down, except at some point the doors must have been opened and our items gone through, because we are missing multiple bolts and misc hardware for our items and we are missing an $800 bose soundbar. We had a great experience with UPack - we moved from Arkansas to Texas, with a 4 month gap in between houses. The trailer showed up and left on time, and they even stored the trailer for us. Everything was maintained well and our stuff stayed safe. In addition, it was a fraction of the cost of other similar services! If you're looking to do a self move, we 100% recommend using UPack!
My mom’s interstate moving company, American Van Lines, cancelled multiple times. U-Pack was able to quickly accommodate us with quick delivery and pickup. They are experts at what they do and they really saved us. I truly think their Relocubes are the best solution for interstate moving.
Zero issus. Cheaper than u-haul or other moving companies for us.
