Second time in a row UPACK ruined my things. Customer service claimed they had never received a damage report in the 7 years they had worked there but somehow it happened to me twice and the container was beat up on arrival with scruff marks and dents everywhere. UPACK is dishonest about their service and what to expect. Worst of all, my items are not actually covered, they pay .10 per lb. Disgraceful company.
I had a great experience using UPack from this location. They delivered an empty cube and picked up a packed cube. They clearly communicated drop off and the delivery person was friendly. They cannot guarantee same day pickup but they were able to make it work for me.
My only experience with U-Pack. It went flawlessly. I chose U-Pack over competing cube companies and full movers because of the best price, and my sense of which companies would be reliable. Everything worked out as I had hoped for, and I would use U-Pack again.
💯💯
