If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Craig Potvin of UP Realty as listing agent for my parents’ home was disappointing and, at times, distressing. I had a VERY POOR interaction with this realtor in 2018, and yes, I am still bitter about it! He refused to list the property for the price I wanted, so I left. Then he called me a couple hours later to say someone was interested in it, but still said I couldn't get the price I wanted. He told me his commission would be 6%, but when he wrote up the contract he put 7% and then made some lame excuse. I would NOT recommend using this realtor at all. He was supposed to be representing me, but that wasn't the case.

Not a fair rating as I checked several real-estate site and didn't investigate much. Edit: I don't recall this rating or why... I will up grade
