I left a review previously, and I can’t seem to find it! I once rented an apartment at a building in new Britain. I was promised two parking spots (thank god I kept it in writing) to the agent. I was then told I would only be given one spot, and that was my way out of the lease! If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with Craig Potvin of UP Realty as listing agent for my parents’ home was disappointing and, at times, distressing. I’m sharing this to caution others—especially those dealing with emotionally charged situations like the illness and/or loss of a loved one. My mother was in hospice care with advanced dementia. I had a VERY POOR interaction with this realtor in 2018, and yes, I am still bitter about it! He refused to list the property for the price I wanted, so I left. Then he called me a couple hours later to say someone was interested in it, but still said I couldn't get the price I wanted. He told me his commission would be 6%, but when he wrote up the contract he put 7% and then made some lame excuse. I would NOT recommend using this realtor at all. He was supposed to be representing me, but that wasn't the case.

Not a fair rating as I checked several real-estate site and didn't investigate much. Edit: I don't recall this rating or why... I will up grade
