I had them care for me 2 summers ago, I'm a quadriplegic, and they did fine. Now this summer I asked them to provide care 2 months ago and now 2 weeks out from me arriving from TX, they tell me they are declining to accept me. I'm upset that they didn't notify me and I found out because I called them. The reason they declined me was I now require assistance transferring using a sure hands lift for transfer.
