Complete lack of transparency. Billing is especially a mess. Staff treated you as just another number going through a protocol. Only went here because insurance would provide some coverage but the insurance up charge and resulting difference between the billed amount and the quoted amount were ridiculous. No one ever had a helpful answer to follow ups. Told things only to find out how untrue they are. Never will step foot in this place again.

Do not go here! They just want your money. I saw this because I was present during this time. My friend saw Ashely Sh. and she just made the journey even harder than it already is. She did multiple IUIs and she wanted to take a break plus already spent SO much so she asked to just be put on medication. The doc kept insisting that they do ultrasounds over and over again. Molly Beck listened to me and helped me with any concern. I felt like every concern I had was valid and we talked about a solution. I could tell she knew my medical history and little things I had mentioned at previous visits. When I left my appointment I knew we had a plan for the future. She is a great advocate for me and my health.
