Very disappointing experience with Dr. Spiess. I felt rushed throughout the appointment, and her attitude made me uncomfortable sharing my concerns openly. Instead of feeling listened to or understood, I felt dismissed. What stood out most was a comment she made at the end of the appointment along the lines of “You don’t have to like me or continue treatment with me, just don’t go advertising it,” which I found very unprofessional and confusing. Dr. King was very helpful and understanding. Although she was late to the next appointment, she did not make me feel rushed at any point. I am very pleased.
Do not go to their "Urgent Care" or "Physical Therapy." They bill this as a hospital bill (HB) visit, not urgent care or physical therapy. So what should have been a simple co-pay, is now having to meet a deductible for the hospital visit (over $600). Billing customer service is horrible and will not help you in any way.
The only thing good I have to say about this place is the front desk. I have given it 3 chances and each one of the providers doesn't listen, marks things incorrectly on chart, and I have also been charged for things that never occur. It's also IMPOSSIBLE to get an appt with a dr. It's just frankly a total waste of time.
Absolutely . Compared to any other clinic or doctors this place has the Absolutely best caring helpful kind staff of nurses and attendants and OMG I MISS DR. PARSONS! BUT THE OVERHAUL GENUINE CONCERN AND CARE IS INCREDIBLE compared to any SLC clinic.... and I mean in both groups. PC CLINIC GOOD BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!
