Responsive and informative!
Terrible experience here. I knew my exact situation before coming, and called ahead to ensure I could get IV fluids, because that's all I needed. I explained my situation in advance, and was assured I could get fluids. When I finally saw the doctor, she parroted back to me exactly what I told her, then said they weren't well equipped to give me IV fluids. To quote her words: "If this were truly an emergent situation, we could get you hooked up to an IV. Since it's not, we'll have you go to the Emergency Room." In what world ... read more

The nurse and doctor were so knowledgeable, gentle with my wound but also efficient.
Both the triage nurse and PA were great. They were thorough and helpful. The nurse was especially helpful and kind.
