The University pharmacies are great. Excellent customer service. They are friendly & thorough.
They’ll tell you it will be ready in 10 minutes, you’ll wait for 45, then they’ll tell you they’re too busy and you need to come back later. Zero value for peoples time.
The Vision and Billing departments at this provider are the absolute worst. I went in 1/21 for a Vision Exam and apparently U of U doesn't accept Blue View Vision; I was never informed this when showing my insurance information. From other people who referred me here, they claimed U of U DOES take BVV. So I'm entirely confused what to do here. So now I'm somehow stuck with a $400 bill at one of the worst times in history to be stuck with a vision exam bill THAT'S COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE. No one is giving me the time of da... read more
