Devin at the front desk for the dermatology department at the Farmington location deserves high praise for his efforts. He helped me link my 32 year old disabled son’s record on Mychart to my account. He found the guardianship document and everything works great now. This is the first time that I was able to find out when my son’s eye surgery at the Moran eye center was scheduled. I was not informed nor would anyone return my calls from the doctor’s office. Thanks again Devin!!!
Got patch testing done here like 10 months ago and finally got a second bill that no one told me would happen! Before I got patch testing done I asked like 3 employees about how much would the estimate it could cost they said like probably like $500 at most. It ended up costing me $1500 dollars total. I hope I don’t randomly get another bill
Hillary Davis is an excellent dermatologist. She listened and did a thorough check of my skin in a short amount of time. Staff was great here as well. Highly recommend this doctor.
What a racket! Dr did a quick once over I had to tell him about any moles I had! Then if I want any Dark spots frozen off or milia taken off They don’t do that you have to go down stairs to the cosmetic department and pay hundreds of dollars for any procedure! And the girl didn’t know what the prices were! She tried to find them in a book and said well I think it’s this much or about this much! Terrible experience! I need to find a real dermatologist!
I was billed 3 different times for a simple follow-up appointment and single mole removal. They billed my insurance $1,700 in total. I reached out to billing and they could not care less. Absolutely predatory to get held hostage for such a ridiculous amount and perfect example of a broken health care system. The only reason this gets two stars instead of one is the actual dermatologist was a nice, respectable guy.
