Dr David Smart was so helpful in answering all of my questions and recommending the best options for me without being pushy or trying to sell me treatments and packages like most esthetician places. Dr. Smart gave me different options for treatments and prices so I could make my decision and be aware of all costs before I decided. Everyone was very helpful and polite which was a concern of mine because of previous reviews I read. Overall, I will be coming back for treatments here and I would certainly recommend.
Dr. Payam Tristani-Firouzi and her team are outstanding in their fields. It was an honor to have them as my Doctor/Surgeon and Medical Team. Their professionalism and patient care is absolutely exemplary. I appreciated Dr. Tristani's surgery and time explaining each procedure step-by-step. I could not have received better medical care. They left me with a gaping 1.5 in hole on my forehead. They did fix it after but booked it as elective. Really? There was no aftercare. Very disappointed in their "bedside manner" at the time of a scary situation I was going through. Also, at the time of the surgery all my surgeon was worried about was payment, not me. She even didn't see me after the surgery and never did any type of followup. If you are worried, this place is not for you.
