The reception staff is so rude!!!! Stay away from this place!!!!’
This place need new secretaries! I was standing at the door waiting for my appointment and they ignored me. Finally one of them came to the door because she had to grab a package from the delivery guy so she took my son’s healthcard as well. After that she said card is expired you have to pay! I called service Ontario and they said the expiry dates were extended and they should not have charged you. This is how ill mannered the person is. She needs to educate herself in customer service and all the updates due to covid19.
