Thankful for the entire staff. Everyone we encountered during our stay was super friendly and helpful. We have no complaints.
So frustrated with the Dept Of Surgery Section Of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, U Of Michigan I've had 4 surgeries in the last 4 yrs and they don't care about the patient only the surgeries. Seems like I do not matter unless I'm getting surgeries. Also changing my doctors on me 3 times.
If you're a young woman seeking assistance for breast imaging. Don't go here. The factor as "being too young" needs to go out the window in the medical field these days due to poison in everything now. If we want imaging done, it should always be accepted to the patient request. I noticed a lump in my left and I had to be persistent on doing the imaging. I have never received such awful care in my life. I recently moved back to MI after 16 years in Chicago and thought I would receive similar care by driving an hour to Ann Arbor, but boy was I wrong. Their app is outdated, they make it impossible to reach the actual doctor’s PA or department, and they don’t care in the slightest about their patients. UofM you have lost a great patient and loads of insurance money for the services I would’ve rendered with continued years as a patient.
