We always call John when we have a plumbing issue. He is trustworthy and reliable.
I’ve been calling on John since 2011. From putting in a sump pump, backflow preventor, installing toilets to putting in taps. You name it he has done it. Someone I know I can count on and trust!
The guy Ian who came to my house to fit a kitchen faucet and filter was super rude after me questioning him why did he charge me for the job which was not finished the guy is very unprofessional and left me long txt on my number I wouldn’t recommend him to any one.
John's incompetence in concrete caused a loss of 2K. How would I know that the concrete he made was going to form hundreds of cracks within a week? I asked him to redo the concrete but he yelled at me "Find another guy to redo the concrete!". I asked him to at least return 1K so that I can pay another company to redo the concrete. He scoffed and dismissed the idea. I ended up paying another 2300 to another company and redid the concrete. Not a single crack this time. His plumbing skills sucked, too. I emailed John on a Saturday afternoon to get a quote for a job that got bigger than I expected. He replied quickly, and was able to get out bathtub up and going (draining) in less than 2 hours of my email. U Need a Plumber will be back to our home. Thank you John!
