I had a great experience working with David. He just completed my kitchen and bathroom. Both look incredible and just as I hoped they would. David was very honest about timeline and how much everything was going to cost. The only negative thing I can say is that our bathroom is the nicest room in the house and I want to spend all my time in there! Beautiful, thoughtful craftsmanship. Worked with us to stay on budget while still responding to the inevitable surprises that pop up when working on a 100+ year old home. Great communicator and very responsive. Highly recommend!
David replaced my roof after a hail storm. He handled all the insurance work and did an excellent job of walking me through the insurance process and set clear expectation of how the job would proceed with time lines and was very good with communication, so I always knew where we stood and what to expect next. David and his team completed a roofing job for us after a hailstorm. The process was easy and they did a great job, they were able to do our house and garage roof in 1 day. The work was excellent and they did a great job on clean up afterwards. David was also able to help us navigate all the claim paperwork with our insurance company. I would highly recommend them!
We had U Name It Construction complete a fairly significant remodel of our 1925 bungalow. The project consisted of gutting and replacing an upstairs bathroom and adding a finished room in the basement to serve as a family room or an overflow area for a gathering.
