I have Age Related Wet Macular Degeneration in my left eye. I've out lasted 3 new doctors and each doctor has been as good as the last. I started treatments at 2 times per week and am now out to one treatment every 12 to 14 weeks. I see as well with my affected eye as I do with my normal eye. The staff has always been very friendly, patient and helpful.
MY TIME IS IMPORTANT!! I'm so sick of doctor's offices setting appointments and then NOT seeing the patient at that time! So far, my appointment today was at 230, I rushed leaving work to make it ON time, and now it's 430pm and I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN SEEN BY THE DOCTOR!!!!!! Infuriating!!! NEVER AGAIN, I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE!! TWO HOURS LATE!! INEXCUSABLE!!
The wait is absolutely ridiculous. 1 hrs to be roomed and another 1 to 2 hrs to see the dr. Who schedules like that?
