I came to the clinic several years ago with the hope of getting a post for a tooth that had broken off. My problem turned out to be more extensive and I ended up having a total of five appointments. The staff was great. I was given options, and when I chose a particular course of action I understood exactly what I was getting into. It takes a little while to get into the system but when you do the student takes every precaution necessary. My experience was fantastic My student was amazing she was very understanding about my anxiety regarding any type of dental work. I'm with the program 3 years now I'm 62 years old and hate going getting any work done on my teeth. I have bad periodontal disease so even a cleaning isn't very comfortable but they go to every necessary precaution to make you feel comfortable. RUDE!!!! I haven't even gotten my wisdom teeth out yet but I don't even know if I wanna go here anymore, the person I talked to on the phone today very very rude, had no sympathy at all for the pain I've been dealing with and told me not to call again until may when I can schedule my appointment
Amazed by the staff and the care for their patients. Can't recommend them enough.
This place should not be in business. They never call you back or set you an appointment, the person who is spose to set up appointments is never in.....they tell you the same story everytime but never leads anywhere. They have no compassion or care for there patients or customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
