Much Appeased! Would like to mention that I had an issue with my service at U-Lock Storage out of Archbold. I honestly did not think that I was going be able to resolve my conflict. But the owner came through. We were both able to talk about the issue with each other and reach an understanding of each others position. I can whole-heartedly say that I felt 100% better after hanging up with him. He even sent me a personal email to let me know that he appreciated the conversation as well.
