John “the manager” I say that lightly was disgustingly rude and disrespectful told me he was the owner which clearly he isn’t calls himself a Lord what a circus how embarrassing for the actual owners of this establishment was looking to rent half a dozen units long term for storage because of this creep I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.
