In just a few years (since 2022), they have raised the rent on my unit by 54% This year's increase was 16% (or, 21% compared to the original contract price), with one month notice. So, don't give much weight to their advertised prices. Or think that if you just pay year after year, being a reliable customer will count for something. Your bill will double fast....
