Staff are extremely helpful & friendly. Moving can be quite stressful so having such a warm welcome is so nice!
The staff member was efficient and knowledgeable, making the rental process straightforward. He explained clearly how to enter and leave the premises and locker security. He also told me about the Uhaul truck, which I did rent. I was happy with the service I received.
No longer pleased with this dump, or the manager. Very two-faced.
