I don't live in the state, and being as such, I was planning on getting a storage unit for my mother who is at a nursing facility, and set it up over the phone,but when I tried to call, absolutely no answer, and based on the reviews, and from what my mother states, (being a long time resident) nobody is ever at the location. So, my concern, why would I pay #1 for a place that anyone can break into and steal your stuff? #2 Why would you consider a place that is still in the 90's with technologie,. i mean Come On...No website?... read more
