I got my first unit there in 2007, and even back then, the guy was friendly and helpful. The company's been thru 3 different owners since then, and I agree that the circa 2016? owners left a LOT to be desired. Lucky for the public they didn't last long, & the current owner is MUCH better. Good CS, (thanks Lydia), grounds are clean & no break-ins for quite some time. Above the 5 stars allowed! I've had my belongings stored at U-Lock It Self Storage for about ten years, and I can confidently say it’s the best storage facility around. The property is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which has given me complete peace of mind all these years. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Tim and Mrs L. I've been a customer for awhile 5+yes. The property is always exceptionally clean and the staff treats you like your family. Very thoughtful and helpful. The hours are convenient and very secure. If you need extra space this is the place.
Going through the process was very quick, and easy. Tim was excellent, being personable and helpful, explaining everything and willing to answer all questions. Very much recommend if customer service is a big factor for you.
