I live at Coates Bluff with my husband and son. We decided to leave the world of home ownership & try upscale apt living and it has been wonderful! We love everything about it. The grounds are immaculate, the amenities are awesome & the space itself feels like a home, not a typical apt. The best part is that we feel very safe!

I live at Colonial Plaza Apartments an for the most part I've enjoyed living there. I have issue with whatever is going with the water pipes that leaves tenants in a bind with no water on several occasions. Today I wake up at 3 am to go to the bathroom and notice there's no water. I let it ride and at 8 am there is still no water. I need to get dressed and I can't take a shower or flush the toilet for that matter. This is at least the 3rd time in 6 months I've been without water. To me this is unacceptable.
