Randa is an amazingly talented coach. She’s always there to push you, and tell you the whys on why we’re are doing the things we are doing and how they play a role in everyday life. Her workouts are always challenging but in the space she has created with her community it always makes it fun! So glad I found Randa and her Krew

Recently joined Krew and wish I found it sooner. The group classes feel like personal training. Randa, the owner, sets the tone and makes it a great place to be. Good people, good energy, and a place you actually want to go.

I’ve been working out at U-krave now for almost 2 years. I love the small group settings because the trainers can assure you are doing it right, encourage and push you to do your best. The variety makes it fun and new every single time. They also offer red light therapy, infrared sauna, chef prepared meals and stretch sessions. I enrolled in Ukrave one year ago, Randa is such a knowledgeable and kind instructor. I had not been to a gym or any type of studio in years. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and jumped in to guide me. I can finally say I am feeling stronger and so thankful for the time Randa puts in to help us all achieve our goals.
