I enrolled in Ukrave one year ago, Randa is such a knowledgeable and kind instructor. I had not been to a gym or any type of studio in years. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and jumped in to guide me. I can finally say I am feeling stronger and so thankful for the time Randa puts in to help us all achieve our goals.
Today was the best day with Randa... again 🫶. I recently injured my knee, so I went into my personal training session confident that once I told Randa she would know how to strengthen the area. And she came through just as she has every time I've needed her help in the past. I can't stress enough the value of her knowledge and commitment to continuing education. Thank you Randa
I live out of state and visit family in Fl twice a year. Three years ago my sil introduced me to Randa and U-Krave and it has become a highlight of my trip. I work out alone at home and truly enjoy being in the gym with Randa and her krew. I am always welcomed and she takes the time to correct my positioning and offers modifications for each move. Bonus for me this trip is that I came to Florida wearing a knee brace and am leaving without it. Yoga tomorrow and then a 6hr flight home. Can’t wait for next time!
I have only been with Randa at U-KRAVE for a short time and I have felt welcome and a part to the Krew since Day1. What a great group of women, supportive and encouraging. Randa is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and she truly cares about her clients.
