This company has me so disappointed. No communication that they would be late picking me up, after mu appt time for physical therapy so I canceled the ride after speaking with call the car and then contacting U and I. Only to find out today I’m asked to rate the rides I never took because they were not able to provide the service I had requested. First experience was great. Today 08/20/2025 I had a pickup scheduled at 8am for a 9am Dr appointment. When I called at 815am they told me they were 7 minutes away. Here it is 910am still no pickup, no phone call, nothing. Now the office won’t answer my calls.

I used this company twice and both times I had a set pick up time at 12:10. The first time I had to wait 2 1/2 hours and the second wea over an hour.

My insurance company booked a ride for me through this company. The driver was almost an hour late from my requested pickup time. I had to cancel my appointment and it will take me a month to get another appointment. I would give 0 stars if I could.
