Always done good with me so far. Lets see how it goes again.
This company has me so disappointed. No communication that they would be late picking me up, after mu appt time for physical therapy so I canceled the ride after speaking with call the car and then contacting U and I. Only to find out today I’m asked to rate the rides I never took because they were not able to provide the service I had requested. (Making it to an appt on time) and they have sent the billing to my insurance. So I will be speaking with billing and this will get cleared up because this is fraud. There are call ... read more
First experience was great. Today 08/20/2025 I had a pickup scheduled at 8am for a 9am Dr appointment. When I called at 815am they told me they were 7 minutes away. Here it is 910am still no pickup, no phone call, nothing. Now the office won’t answer my calls.
I used this company twice and both times I had a set pick up time at 12:10. The first time I had to wait 2 1/2 hours and the second wea over an hour.
