The truck was dirty, and when I loaded my belongings for the move, the rear door got stuck and I couldn’t lower it. I wasted a lot of time trying to get it down, and since I ultimately couldn’t unlock it, I could only load the truck halfway because I was afraid my things might fall onto the road. As a result, my move took twice as long, and I don’t think it’s fair to have to pay for another expensive day
Manager extremely rude. A bolt was missing on the hitch he installed on my car. The wiring is not working. When I went back to ask him to fix it, he accused me of taking out the bolt myself. I escalated the issue with u haul and the general manager of the area, they basically told me that they don’t know how the bolt went missing. I was supposed to drive from Boston to Texas. Good thing I saw the issue prior to my drive. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
Service was upfront and honest about price, very helpful with the booking and return.
Excellent professional agents and they always have trucks available.
