Worst experience pulled up man was rude. Didn’t greet us just told us to wait. Didn’t even ask what size truck I needed just immediately told me no truck was available. There had to be over 60 trucks in the lot. Told him I needed if maybe half a day maybe less and he continued to tell me at that moment that all the trucks he has in unavailable….over 60 trucks for 3 max hours are unavailable. Absolutely ridiculous never use Saugas U-Haul….told me Salem would be the same and I went there and got a u-haul in minutes and and the... read more
UHaul Saugus is by far the best location. Their trucks are always clean and well maintained. I consistently rent UHaul trucks and they are my first choice. The staff is very helpful and honest and it’s a great location right off the highway.
