It was ok..got there and they apparently they didnt realize I had a reservation so had to check in on app because their system was down at 9 in the morning. App asked a 1000 questions plus had to take pictures. Because their system was down, they didnt check my reservation until they saw it on a mobile device. Truck was bone cold and had to warm it up jand wait in 30 degree weather. Once received and got to my location door hinge was stuck on the trailer so had to fight with that. Overall not a good experience.
