After dropping off my U-Haul truck with the same amount of gas that they had provided me, as explained in the paperwork, I received an extra charge for ~$120. The receipt they sent me said I dropped it off on empty and they charged me for a full tank and the service fee of it being empty. The tank was just under half, maybe around 40-45% full.

Easy enough using self check in and self check out. Always have trucks available. But the chubby Latino girl at the desk is always on her phone so you have to force her to work

Returned a truck here after hours. Some signage to help highlight where the key drop is would go a long ways. I was luckily arriving as the staff was leaving for the day and saw me hunting for the key return and pointed me in the right direction. Not the orange Dropbox like a lot of locations have but just a slot on a garage door with little to no signage

Be aware of this location providing false information. Make sure you get the name of any person you speak with because they will attempt to turn around and say, "they didn't say that." After two weeks, I'm still having to call the store and customer service about the complaint I made.
