Easy enough using self check in and self check out. Always have trucks available. But the chubby Latino girl at the desk is always on her phone so you have to force her to work

Returned a truck here after hours. Some signage to help highlight where the key drop is would go a long ways. I was luckily arriving as the staff was leaving for the day and saw me hunting for the key return and pointed me in the right direction. Not the orange Dropbox like a lot of locations have but just a slot on a garage door with little to no signage

Be aware of this location providing false information. Make sure you get the name of any person you speak with because they will attempt to turn around and say, "they didn't say that." After two weeks, I'm still having to call the store and customer service about the complaint I made.

I'm not sure what was going on at this location, but it was a nightmare picking up my U-Box that had been shipped cross country. I've done U-Boxes in the past, but I always had them delivered, and it had always gone smoothly, including the drop off/pick up on the other side. This time I figured I'd save the delivery fee and get it myself since I only had 1 box, so I went to this location to pick it up with my vehicle.
