I went in there looking for a fifth wheel hitch and I had no idea what I was actually getting I walked in there blind and thank God they were honest and they helped me and I just decided to get a tow truck it was a lot cheaper but prior to that I had rented a truck to tow another vehicle and very friendly staff very clean environment very knowledgeable they know their business to know what they're doing I'll definitely come back here
Polite and convenient
The gentleman at front desk was super awesome and welcoming. The lady was very rude though. They had at least 15 trucks standby on Saturday morning and she said they don't have any available because I didnt make a reservation online. Went to their website and they had a bunch available to choose. I decided not to do it online. Went to Arden branch and got the vehicle on spot. Very welcoming young lady helped me get what I wanted.
