I came in to rent a 15 ft van, and at first it all went well. However, I found out later I wasn't charged for mileage, so my contract was canceled and refunded. This put a hold on my card, and I was unable to move in time. The associate who screwed me over was Regina, and she needs to go if she is just blindly doing this.
