This was the most ridiculous experience. It was like something out of a sketch comedy show. We specifically chose counter pickup and arrived to find 15 other customers in the lobby, everyone on their phones. A staff member explained that even if you asked for a counter check in, they don't care, they are only doing online check in. HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE TO EXPERIENCE WITH A TRUCK RENTAL?? f you book a truck months ahead for a one way moving trip, the truck might not be available on the day of your move AND Uhaul will let you know JUST ONE DAY BEFORE you need that truck. Where is your responsibility in this???? DO BETTER, it's your business. Shocking
