I have a really good experience at this location a few days ago! Banafsheh at the reception made everything way easier and smooth, explained everything with patience! 100% recommend this location
dont rent those wooden boxes from here. everytime i need access, i call a week in advance( as they require 24 hrs notice ) in the morning, i call and verify its there, they confirm it, i show up and its either not there , at a different location or it takes them 3 hours to get ready. when 90% of the time they are just sitting on their phones and laughing. this location is a joke and a time vampire.
This was the most ridiculous experience. It was like something out of a sketch comedy show. We specifically chose counter pickup and arrived to find 15 other customers in the lobby, everyone on their phones. A staff member explained that even if you asked for a counter check in, they don't care, they are only doing online check in. The online system was so slow and buggy, and the staff were sitting at the counter not doing much. Everyone was frustrated. Some people were laughing at the absurdity.
