Horrible. I went to the UHaul place at the time of our appt. The installer failed to show up. I will NEVER again go to your shop at 5201 Tollview Dr Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 Extremely disappointed. I will be sharing my disappointment with all my friends.
The manager that was supposed to install it was 45 min late. And then an hour later we were told that she left to a different location and the staff didn't know when she would be back. Horrible customer service. I literally waited for two hours for nothing.
The customer service is excellent. your store Manager is excellent and is a role model for her team members. the U-Haul store is clean and well organized, the service displayed by her team members is excellent, congratulations on a solid operation which is customer service focused.
