Worst experience of my life. Im in a power chair and needed a hitch and my carrier installed. Per Uhaul reservations, once the hitch was installed, my carrier would be included. While waiting on my car, this store called me and said it would be an additional $50 for carrier install. I said no. The installer not only took my carrier out of the original, sealed box, but lost my parts so no one else could install it. He also asked me to, "To the deal on the side". Whatever that means to him. Damaged my car and failed to install the hitch. I booked an appointment online and selected this location. I waited for 7 hours only to find out they could not manage to install the hitch and told me to come back. They have ever since been ingnoring my calls and so I took my car to another mechanic today who installs hitches. He noticed that a central bolt necessary for the installation was snapped of.
